As I continue on with my Atlanta vacation, this entry focuses on the Fernbank Museum of Natural History.
Since I had a CityPass, I was able to view an iMax show which featured a show called Animalopolis. It was a great look at animals from around the world in what was a feature that had plenty of humor and insight.
The museum opened in 1992 and is home to many presentations about the planet, people, and animals from around the world. It is a very good place for field trips for children as well as adults to be educated about natural history.
I was running short on time when I went, but I did happen to catch these shots with my digital camera:
