On July 5, the day after Independence Day in the U.S., me and my good friend Paul went to a baseball game near where he lives in Greensboro, NC. Greensboro is near where I graduated high school, and it has been since the days when War Memorial Stadium was open since I witnessed their minor league team play. NewBridge Bank Ballpark is very nice, and going on a Monday afternoon was more convenient minus the very humid weather that day. We were eight rows behind home plate though.
The souvenirs in my Travel Collection on WBE as well as review of NewBridge Bank Ballpark on Associated Content are coming soon

Hi dave...
It’s my 43th bday this July 22.. I am planning to have agive-away contest. Will you be my sponsor of $3? With your sponsorship you will have a 43 weeks badge link on my three sites which are all PR 3 .Your site will be mentioned also in the contest which will run for 43 days. MY first contest was very successful, got 108 entries. I guess I will have more this time since it will be opened internationally. Please leave a message then if you are interest. Thanks
Great pics as usual David.
I agree with Monica....I like the second pic too...I thought you have a dog....lol!
Looks like you all had a good time, what nice memorials they have. Looks like lots of history in that ball park. America's game.
Thought I'd take a few minutes and visit some fellow FBC Members as I try to understand how it all works. You're the first blog I've come across that has the badge. If someone doesn't have the badge does that mean they've dropped out, or should they have the badge on their blog?
Also I noticed my avatar/badge is listed in the top running across area like the banner, but I'm not listed in the members scrolling area in the right sidebar where you can actually click and visit. Can you tell me what the difference is?
Thanks
Sandy
