This movie is a parody of the movie Castaway starring Tom Hanks with it being based in the online world and with a twist.
Narrator: Rechie started her own blog and was doing very well at it. The blogging beauty and friend gained more viewership and friends as she kept blogging. You could see her talking about her life as well as her husband. But one trip away from it all had changed everything for her, and she didn't know until returning home.
(Scene shows Rechie and Gary enjoying their time away)
Narrator: An emergency landing led to Rechie's blog being cut off and hidden from viewership across the internet. This caused her to frantically get it back up, but no one was able to access her site.
Rechie: Can anyone even read my blog? How did this happen?
Gary: I hope people can read it soon.
Narrator: Stranded alone away from viewers, Rechie's determination to see her friends visiting again grows as time goes on.
Rechie: I would much rather keep writing on my blog in hopes of reaching my friends again than to let it die without me blogging!(If you've seen Castaway, you'll get that line instantly)
Narrator: Rechie's friend Dhemz has tried to reach her blog, but is told upon accessing it that it was "hidden" from view. No one had any idea of her whereabouts. As everyone continues on with their lives, Rechie is able to reach her friends again.
(Rechie is shown with a big smile on her face as she talks to friends)
(She redesigns all of her blogs, and everyone is in shock that she continued writing despite being hidden away from everyone)
Narrator: On the edge of losing it all on her blog, she wrote her way back into the lives of her friends. Rechie Ruth Wilks stars in the box office smash Hideaway! Oh Wow Mr. D.,I was speechless for about 5 minutes before i called up to hubby and exclaimed "honey, we have our first movie!" He was very amazed with the poster for it looks so true. what a great job Mr. D. and the story line is from Castaway. Now i want to watch the Castaway movie, i've only watched parts of it. Thank you so much Mr. D. for creating this and for making a star in the movie. Gary want to extend his gratitude for including him in the movie too. Our thumbs up for your creativity. I have to be honest here. I think this poster came out better than any of them I've done so far. The others looked great, but was amazed myself on how great it looked when I uploaded it. BTW, your pic was perfect for the background!
I'm glad Gary liked this as well, and it only made sense to include him in the film. Not only is he your hubby, you mention him a lot on your blog and would be the first to help you out. Plus, he used to live in Oklahoma like I did, so he's definitely cool with me.
Of course you can post this on FB or anywhere else including your blogs if you want. While I did create the poster, you're on it, so I have no problem with you promoting it wherever you want.
