Should anyone receive more than one citation like this, the Blog PaTroll will require you to submit to BUI(Blogging Under Influence) testing. Should anyone be cited with a BWI(Blogging While Intoxicated), it will mean a fine as well as community service in the awareness of those who have been charged with that same citation. No Bill, you haven't been cited. Those that go trolling around posting like they're drunk are the ones this will apply to. Even if you do drink, I wouldn't know by your posting. But you know trolls, we have to keep an eye on them at all times so issuing citations while threatening to revoke their licenses is an appropriate form of action in my opinion. :-D :-D

Yeah Lainy, only troll-like minds will be cited at this time, although I'm currently working on revising my drug testing policies for all WBE Blog of Fame nominees. So if you've ever used blog enhancing substances to gain a clear advantage over others in the community, then that's cheating! You know what I've told you about cheating, and that will top any citation any troll will ever receive! LOL!!!! :-D :-D :-D

No Maxi, you haven't been cited. Should you go back to being lazy by referring to me as you know what, then I'm going to make an exception and give you a citation. Just keep the blugging to a minimum, and I think you won't be issued any citations. :-D :-D :-D

Lainy, that's more of a reason not to lock all SCORPIOS in a cell together! In fact, I think you just gave me an idea to petition for another facility for all those with citations to keep the SCORPIOS from being that dangerous when they're together! You would be one of the last bloggers I know that this would apply to. But I should have thought of this months ago when our buddy Tekkaus brought up "The Issue" on your site! Perhaps a citation when he first started that would have stopped him knowing three offenses means he loses his blogging license! LOL!!!
