Saturday Saved: Meeting Boxer Billy Bailey

As most of you know that have followed me on Facebook, you probably know about my flight back home yesterday.

I had a connection flight from Fresno to Phoenix to Charlotte yesterday. It was on my flight from Phoenix to Charlotte that I unexpectedly met a professional boxer. I literally sat next to professional boxer Billy "Goat" Bailey and his beautiful wife Lucia. He was on his connection flight from Bakersfield to Phoenix to Charlotte to Cleveland for his fight against hometown favorite Ronald "The American Dream" Johnson on Saturday night.

It was interesting because when we both got on the plane, he had the aisle seat while I sat at the window. The middle seat was vacated, and he turned around to notice a woman had the same seat as another in the back of the aircraft. He joked and said that the woman would have to go to cargo in order to stay on the plane. At that point, everyone was on the plane, and our middle seat was still vacated. So before takeoff, the woman took the seat. The woman was Billy's wife Lucia, and I had no idea of that until she introduced herself to me. She was given a free drink because of the mishap with the seat arrangement.

They asked me if I lived in North Carolina, and I asked them where they were from. He said Bakersfield, CA, and then I asked them if they were visiting family in Cleveland. Then he said he was on his way there for his boxing match against Ronald Johnson. I was stunned at this point especially when he told me a minute later that he was on the same card that features boxing star Hector "Macho" Camacho Jr! He's defending the WBF Light Heavyweight title in the bout.

Just before takeoff, the flight attendants asked us to turn off all of our cell phones. Then we heard a cell phone go off, and it turned out to be Billy's phone. That's when I said, "It looks like you'll be going to cargo now!" LOL!

Lucia was nervous of flying when the plane took off, but was okay after that. She told me she was a hair stylist back in California, and Billy said he worked for the city there in the Bakersfield area, too.

It wasn't long after that I was asked what I was doing in Fresno, and I told them about my line of work. I even told them about attending the Red River Shootout football game in Dallas, Texas in October between the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns. That's when he told me a little bit about Texas since he lived there previously, too. From there on, we discussed sports especially NASCAR and college football as well as California and the Carolinas. The guy follows sports very well for someone that obviously has a hectic schedule and training regime to maintain.

I told them that I had done some sports writing and wrote on my site for money on the side as well. That's when he told me of a friend of his that created movies and brought them to life through writing, too. So they asked for my website and email not long after I told them about the lawsuits I have against me from....well...most of you know by now who they are(Amiable Amy & DJ Tammy). I didn't tell them that because I wouldn't want to be sued by them two and subsequently punched by a professional boxer in the process if they were injured reading my site, too. LOL! They laughed when I told them I write wrestling storylines on occasion as well.

He told me of a match he had in Philadelphia which led to him having to flee out of there in a hurry as well as his first professional match where he tore his ACL. Since he follows boxing very well, I asked him about Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. We both agreed about how dominant he was in his last fight against Ricky Hatton. I asked him if a Pacquiao/Mayweather fight was coming, and he said it would happen eventually.

About midway through the four-hour flight, Lucia had left her seat and grabbed her bag of peanuts she brought on board. She was generous enough to share them with Billy and I. But one thing I took note of(as did the flight attendant) is that she was very considerate in not throwing the peanut shells on the ground. Instead, she threw them in a plastic cup which was a clear indication of what type of people they are.

I was honored that they asked me for my email address as well as invitation to be friends on Facebook(which he already accepted). I told them I would make a movie on my site with them as the stars which they're looking forward to. I came up with another idea in mind for that today as well. No, I'm not telling any of you yet what that is!

He loves the sport of boxing and his persistence and determination(he's been boxing since he was 15 which is now for 16 years of his life) has kept his dream alive of making it big in the sport.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of them because I was heading home after my flight to Charlotte and they still had their connection to Cleveland not long after getting off the plane.

For more about Billy Bailey, check out this article written by Jackie Gibson: Billy Bailey: Born To Box

He was scheduled to have his first televised fight in July against Anthony Ferrante(pictured above with Bailey) in Philadelphia, but it was switched even though everyone has said it was the best fight on the card. So now, this is Bailey's first televised match this Saturday.

His fight against Cleveland resident Ronald Johnson is on InDemand Pay-For-View on Saturday night. Here's the card:

Hector "Macho" Camacho Jr vs Israel Cardona for vacant WBC Caribbean Boxing Federation light middleweight title: Camacho has won six straight fights, and a win for him here against a tough Cardona would be another step forward to being considered an elite boxer.

Ronald "The American Dream" Johnson(10-1) vs Billy Bailey(9-4) for WBF Light Heavyweight Title: Johnson is back after a two year layoff, and will have the crowd in his corner. However, Bailey has a granite chin and has already fought three times this year which could give him the advantage. According to Johnson, he has not studied any film of Bailey, but is aware of his toughness.

Other boxers scheduled to fight are Cleveland fighters Aaron Williams, Juan McPherson, Cortez Bey, and Michael Bey Jr.

The event is at Cleveland State University's Woltstein Center on Saturday night.

Both Billy and his wife Lucia were very kind, considerate, and smart people. I'm really looking forward to them checking out this post as well as the Basic Bloganomics website. All I can say is that you have gained another fan in me, and I'll be tuning in tomorrow night! Good luck to you on Saturday my new friend!

Happy Birthday Stacey Avenue!

Luckily, I logged into my Facebook account to notice that one of my very good blogger friends celebrated a birthday(though it is late because it is already Friday in the Philippines).

I wanted to wish Stacey from Stacey Avenue a happy birthday. She's been one of my best supporting friends though we haven't crossed paths as much since we both had job changes recently. Nonetheless, she's a very smart, sexy woman that is very caring and generous. However, she has no trouble telling it like it is or putting someone in their place if she feels the need to.

Like other bloggers, I'm glad we're blogger friends and I very much appreciate the support from you my friend.

Happy Birthday Stacey!

P.S. I just got back today from California, and will make a post tomorrow about my day flying home. Unless you've seen it on Facebook, you may not believe this one!

Here are the companies that are currently using RBD Insurance:

Basic Bloganomics
Rated R Network: No one in that company, including Paul H(wwefreak), has been approved for taking Insanelozol. wwefreak thinks he should be included because he's the CIA, but so far, no such approval has taken place by Jeff Gerttula.
Sporting News: They work in cooperation with RBD Insurance, and they do have authorization to terminate coverage for any blog or company participation without notice. Jeff Gerttula is the only one who can co-sign for a member to take Insanelozol with a legal prescription.
National Blogging League(NBL): RBD Insurance covers bloggers and even offers a view-sharing plan for qualified applicants.

Note: BWE Promotions is not included in the RBD Insurance plan in accordance to laws prohibiting wrestlers of having insurance while performing. Insurance while performing can be purchased at the consent of the wrestler and they must pay full costs according to their plan.

Note: BDP(Blogger's Drug Policy) is still the same with the exception of the new law for Insanelozol. Check back to the above mentioned link under the Blog-Aid Pharmacies one for more about that policy. It shocks me that they passed a law for a legal prescription of Insanelozol, but Congress is pushing the issue of performance-enhancing drugs in Major League Baseball. Then again, George J. Mitchell had no say in that decision!

My Favorite NFL Players & 2009 Season

The NFL season is now in preseason mode, and that means it is time for the most popular fantasy sports game on the internet to start up. Now at WaiverWire, you can follow all the action, injuries, stats, and so much more with their free Stimulus Package!

Since I'm a lifelong fan of the Chicago Bears, my favorite player is inside linebacker Brian Urlacher. Sure, he only can score points in leagues that use individual defensive players, but he's an athletic freak of nature capable of delivering a big play or running sideline to sideline making a tackle. He's primed to help the defense and team back to the playoffs in 2009! After his standout rookie year, Bears running back Matt Forte has become one of my favorites because he can do everything well at the position. Because of that, Forte will be a first round pick in NFL Drafts.

Another one of my favorite players is Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson because he played for my favorite college football team, the Oklahoma Sooners. Just when you think you have him tackled, he breaks off a big run and off he goes to the end zone! He combines awesome power and speed at the position.

If you want to keep an eye on someone to have a breakout year in 2009, one of the guys would be wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez of the Indianapolis Colts. Since Marvin Harrison is now gone, he'll compliment Reggie Wayne with arguably the best quarterback in the game in Peyton Manning throwing to him since he is now starting the season healthy, too. I'm expecting him to step in and fill the void of Harrison, and deliver big games for the Colts this year.

So once you sign up for the free Stimulus Package, be sure to check out the pre-populated player comparison pages to help you out with tough decisions in your league's Fantasy Football Draft. Sign up now at WaiverWire before you get left out and before the 2009 season kicks off!

Another Useful Way To Promote Your Blog!

When it comes to writing and how to make money blogging on the internet, it is often that we find ourselves struggling to do so and garner traffic in the process.

Recently, I discovered a clever way in blogging for money as well as increasing traffic at YouSayToo.

At YouSayToo, you have the opportunity to promote your own blog or start your own on the site while also participating in revenue sharing. Plus, if you have a Google Adsense or Amazon account, you can earn money that way. Or you can donate it to the charity of your choice.

One of the best things I've noticed about the site is they allow you to promote a cause with banners. Some of the causes include world hunger, diseases, and protecting wildlife. You can also write about any cause, and encourage other bloggers you know to do the same.

So what are you waiting for? You can make money blogging, promote a worthy cause, and/or start up another blog. Stop by YouSayToo today for that and much more!

Saturday Saved: My 4th Anniversary of Blogging!

It was four years ago yesterday on August 14, 2005 that I wrote my first blog entry on the internet via Sporting News. Even though it has since been deleted, I recall how I didn't even know what the term "blog" was at the time. At the time, the Sporting News website had relaunched with community interaction in the form of blogging, message boards, and the ability to comment on editorials, too.

That first entry I wrote had talked about the upcoming 2005 NFL season. When I first started on Sporting News, I strictly wrote about sports. But after a period of time, I got bored with that. Then I started using more creativity with blog commercials to promote other blogs while still discussing sports. Then that is when everything changed.

The blog expanded to write parody music, raps, blogger movies, wrestling storylines, and anything else besides sports despite some objecting to it because of those entries not being sports related. The wrestling storylines involving bloggers really is my favorite thing to do because it makes them out to be stars.

The idea for creating BWE(Blog Wrestling Entertainment) started in 2002 when my real-life friend Sabre Blade and I would create wrestling names and finishing moves for everyone working at Office Depot. I will get back to talking about Sabre Blade later.

For three years, I posted on Sporting News while also trying Blogger.com on my own. The first time wasn't a pleasant experience because it was really difficult with hardly any tools to work with.

Then in the summer of 2008, I decided to give it a go again on Blogger.com after talking with Sabre Blade. At first, this blog was called Fantasy Sports Depot where I talked about sports, fantasy gaming, and anything related to those. I had other blogs as well, but ran out of time to maintain them though I use one strictly for testing. When I took my vacation during the Thanksgiving last year, I thought of changing the name and buying my own domain. Thus, Basic Bloganomics was born. Things were finally different.

Being different for me is something I'm used to and thrive upon. Owning my own domain allows me to post what I want, when I want, how I want, and be as different as I want. But I'm still kind and supportive to my friends and you run your own sites the way you want to.

To help me out was the many friends I've made on Sporting News over these four years. You look around real hard on my site, and you'll notice quite a few of us from there on our own now. But then in 2009, this blog allowed me to meet international friends from all over the world. I had seen my friend Maxi and Tripzibit use chat boxes to help them out with that which worked very well for me, too.

Times change, people change, the world changes. Always has, always will. Change is inevitable, and the internet as well as blogging is another indication of that. This post is evident of that, too. As with time, I've seen friends come and go for whatever reasons. Still, I'm glad to have many including many outside the United States.

Now I'm going to thank some of those that have been supportive and influential in the growth of me as a blogger and with this site.

Sabre Blade: He was the one who helped me get started on Blogger.com. When you click his link, you'll notice the many blogs he has. He makes good money at blogging, and knows what he's talking about. We go back over seven years from our crazy days working together at Office Depot where the roots of BWE began. Yes, he's quite the wrestling fan like me. Oh yeah, he's a cancer survivor, too.

Paul Huffaker: He was one of the first friends I had from SN, and he took his show to his own site last year, too. Not only that, he's been a part of helping me to write storylines for BWE. We've seen a lot of good and bad with blogging on the internet, and he's a big reason why I still do this. Although he doesn't blog as often these days, he's one of the most creative people I know and is quick to defend his friends, too. Thanks Paul!

Lester's Legends: Even though I haven't visited his site as much lately, we've also seen a lot on the internet while going back to the days when we first crossed paths on SN. Nonetheless, he was the first person to follow this site and link me while getting things going in the right direction. Plus, I'll still never forget when we both did phone interviews with Business Week magazine about the evolution of fantasy football on the internet found here. Keep it rockin' over at Lester's Legends!

3rdStoneFromTheSun: Another one of my buddies from SN, he's the man when it comes to the NFL and American football. I recall when I first started my blog that he came along not long after with his own. This guy will tell you like it is whether you agree with him or not, and no one writes better football posts than him! You da man 3rdStone!

A Frank Angle: Of course being the only gold medal winning blogger in BWE history will land you on this list! All kidding aside, there isn't anyone I've seen that combines intelligence and objectiveness to his writing like he does. Plus, we've had some great discussions on various and important topics. Yes, he's another one of us from SN that ventured on his own and has continued to do well with it.

Rad: I remember last year when Rad and I crossed paths on the internet. From there on, we've discussed advice and other topics towards blogging. I'm glad he returned to blogging, and that he's always emailing me for questions to help out with on his blog.

Maxi Velasco: I recall when I first met Maxi when she left a message on my chat box. From there on, she has continued her reputation as the undisputed queen of blugging me(that's blogging and bugging combined to make "blugging" in case you didn't know). Nonetheless, Maxi and I have become good online friends which was solidified when she helped promote BWE Promotions with her own signing. Funny stuff. She also directed me to paid posting sites which I use as well, and we have supported and backed each other up on issues, too. Thanks my dear blugging queen of a friend!

Tripzibit: You and Maxi were my first international friends on my blog. Because of that, your country of Indonesia draws the second most traffic on my site behind the one I live in. Not only that, he was the first person to pass me a blog award which I now get from people all over the world. Thanks buddy!

DJ Tammy: Yes, the July cover girl for BWE magazine has become a good friend of mine on here. Hopefully it will remain that way despite the pending lawsuits she has against me for hurting her tummy through humorous abuse! LOL! I appreciate the kind gesture of her allowing me to use her photos for the BWE Disclosed magazine post. She's always promoting my blog with entries she likes, too. She's outspoken and sexy, but a very sweet friend to have.

Amy: Amy is someone that is so loyal and no one speaks more highly of her friends than she does even though she is suing me for injuring her jaw as a result of my posts. LOL! Whether it is blog issues or humor, Amiable Amy is the name that fits her perfectly. I'm glad you are a dear blogger friend of mine on here.

Now I hope I don't miss anyone, but I'm also going to mention the following blogger friends of mine. Also, just because I didn't write something about you here doesn't mean I think of you any less as a blogger friend to those I did talk about. Your support and visits are much appreciated which are the biggest reasons why I like blogging. Anyway....
Mo Morrissey, Arnie, Twinks, Lainy, Ria, Star, Stacey, Dhemz, Meryl, Jenny, S-H-Y, Chuchie, Dorothy L, Jane, Ron Centeno, Bill, Obing, Bloggista, Denani, Cacai M, Madz, Lyla, Eden, Sharon, levian, Grace, Sera, Beng, Katherine, Vhing, Herby, Clarissa, Shydub, Jade, Jenny, Yen, Grace Draper, Flo Li, Lily Arbee, Titan, Lulu, Lisa, Bea, Janet, Cecile, Cookie, Windy, Hopeful, Familyblog, SassyChick, Mileka, Czaroma, Angie, Bogcess, Mel, Hot Stuff Avenue, GGAA Records, Sunny, and anyone else that has stopped by that I've forgotten.

Oh wait, that's not all!

As part of my 4th Anniversary, the WBE Blog of Fame voting will resume right here in Basic Bloganomics! This means at the end of the year, one of you maybe elected by the community to be into the WBE Blog of Fame! Details will be coming very soon.

Also, BWE's next PFV, No Recovery!, will be coming soon! I've been very busy in trying to get the script written out, but it will happen. A date for when I post the PFV will happen soon.

Thanks everyone and this is Basic Bloganomics! Word Life!

Kreativ Blogger Tag!

I got this tag once again from my dear friend Jenny of The Way I Used To Be. I appreciate the kind gesture as always with mentioning and thinking of me for another award. Thanks again my dear friend!

Rules:

A.Thanks the person who nominated you for this award.
B. Copy the logo and place it into you blog.
C. Link to the person who nominated you for this award.
D. Name 7 things about yourself that people might find interesting.

1. I'm the oldest child of three siblings. I have one younger brother and sister. We were all born in three different U.S. States, too.

2. I'm an avid sports fan especially American football with the college game being my favorite. My favorite college team are the Oklahoma Sooners and my favorite NFL team are the Chicago Bears.

3. Sticking with the sports subject, one of my lifelong goals has been to attend the Red River Shootout game between the Oklahoma Sooners(my favorite college football team) and the Texas Longhorns in Dallas, Texas. This year on October 17, it is a very strong possibility that me attending that game finally becomes a reality!

4. I'm an avid wrestling fan as most anyone who has read this blog can tell. It all started when my dad took me and my brother to a wrestling event as a young boy in Oklahoma City at the old Myriad. I don't watch as much anymore, but I write my own storylines with BWE anyway. LOL!

5. Before I took my current job, I had never been to California other than when I was too little to remember when my dad returned home from Guam. Now since the first of June, I've been in California every week.

6. One of my favorite things to do is workout at a gym. Though it is harder to get to that with my travel schedule, I do get it in. In fact, when the schedule for my next store is released, one of the first things I do is search for a nearby YMCA to workout at. I was once a certified fitness trainer as well.

7. My job is an Assistant Team Leader helping to supervise crews in resetting and setting up new CVS stores. I work everyday while on the road in California, but the company gives me the opportunity to see California as well as other places across the nation that I wouldn't see otherwise. I like to fly though it is exhausting at times for me.

Now the 7 people I'm tagging are: Paul H, Maxi, Tammy, Lainy, Stacey, Ron Centeno, & Jane

Orland, CA Pictures

Here are some photos from where I'm working at in Orland, California. I'm staying in nearby Corning. I'll be back home on Thursday, and here are a few photos I took.

This is the sunset over the mountain in Corning. It was a great setting just off I-5.

This is a photo just before you get to Red Bluff. This area has a lot of open land, but plenty of great mountain scenery.

This is Rolling Hills Casino which is about the best thing to do in town with not a lot going on otherwise. I went last night and tonight, but wasn't lucky to win any serious money. However, one of the guys I've been working with won $4,000 last night! He only played $20 to do that, too. Overall, the casino was very nice and clean inside with no shortage of games and slots for such a small town.

These are the fountains outside of Rolling Hills Casino.

For such a small town, we did have our fun especially at work with co-workers(myself included) pulling pranks and jokes on one another while still doing the job. I'll have to share some of that later on.

I'll be back at the end of the week with an entry to celebrate my 4th anniversary of blogging on the internet! Thanks everyone for the visits and awards passed to me recently that I'll post soon, too!

BWE Poll & Coming Soon....

Here's a poll for readers to vote on. This is a vote to see if you think Afrank Angle should be the next BWE Throwdown! General Manager. He was at the Congressional Hearing to deliver a speech about allegations levied against BWE Promotions. Anyway....

Two More Tags!

My very good friends Janet of Insights and Jenny of The Way I Used To Be gave me this Love You tag last week, and I'm finally posting it now. Thanks Janet and Jenny for the tag and support!

This came from my very good friend Star of A Maiden's Testimony. Thanks Star!

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for the gift of life, and for the blessing to be among those who know that you are the son of God.

Thank you for the gift of sight that let me see the wondrous things You made, and for my soul to help me see beyond my sight.

Thank you for all the things and especially my heart which You placed magnetic seeds of seeds of grace that draw me forever to Your LOVE.

I know You hold me forever in the palm of Your hand and shield me with Your Holy Place. Yet as years pass by, Lord, I fear the yoke of sickness and pain and worry how my life will end.

And so I humbly come to ask You, Lord, that when my time comes to leave here below, do not call me by sudden death, not by accident that tears the body apart, not by illness that leaves the mind confused or the senses impaired; not at the mercy of evil forces, not with a heart filled with hate or a body racked with pain; not abandoned; lonely, without love or care, not by my own hand in a moment of despair.

Jesus, let death come as a gentle friend to sit and linger with me until You call my name.

Then let me enter Your Heavenly Home to receive Your final gift of grace to be near You forever and look upon the divine countenance on your Holy Face.

Amen.

Saturday Saved: Made For TV Blogger Movies Part III

Note: This is fictional, and not to be taken seriously. Some of this is based on inside jokes as well as some facts in order to have the movie make sense. Again, this is for humor ONLY.

In case you missed it, check out the first two installments of Made For TV Blogger Movies:

Made For TV Blogger Movies
Made For TV Blogger Movies Part II
Before I get started with this one, I wanted to point out that I do plan on writing out complete scripts of some movies. Anyway, here we go......

Farmtown
Lead actor/actress: S-H-Y, Chuchie Lopez-Wilks, and Arnie V.
Plot:
Farmtown is a very addictive, fun game in the Facebook community, and it has hooked three known bloggers in this movie all-star cast. After not being able to beat their addiction to the game, S-H-Y, Chuchie, and Arnie check into a Farmtown Addiction Clinic to help them. In the clinic, the girls share their story of how they became addicted to Farmtown while also attempting to overcome it all. As it turns out, their time in the clinic becomes a reality-based show for the public which is the first time the game is seen a mention outside the internet. Can they beat their addiction and get back to their blogging lives?
Note: Speculation ran rampant long before production of this film as to who would play in the lead role. But then the producers settled the potential problem by increasing their budget to sign S-H-Y, Chuchie, and Arnie to play roles in the movie. The set was relaxed for the most part except in the scenes where they determined which one was the most successful Farmtown player in real life.

Hear Me Speak
Lead actor/actress: Lainy
Plot:
Never one to shy away from speaking her mind eloquently, Lainy expresses her opinions whenever she feels the need to. But suddenly, Lainy contemplates full retirement from blogging after personal and blogging issues become a bit much for her. She decides to make a return to blogging, but can she deliver the same great entries and have the same growing audience hear her speak again? Watch this dramatic tale of one blogger who makes the decision to comeback to doing what she loves to do. Windy makes a cameo appearance in the movie.
Note: The amount of time producers allowed Lainy to drop ECs became an issue in the production of the film. As a result, Lainy nearly walked off the set until her contract was restructured to allow her to drop them as often as she wanted to. Windy also voiced displeasure of this, and producers had enough sense to not take a chance of them walking off the set.

Disconnected
Lead actor/actress: Meryl
Plot:
In a far contrast from her previous film People, Places, & Events, hot Filipina actress Meryl makes the switch to this action film as a woman that has all of her electronic devices disconnected by an unknown person over the course of a weekend. Without being able to blog hop, no one is aware of why she was not able to visit anyone. Little does Meryl know that she has to uncover the very person who did this while not drawing attention to the public on her blog about it knowing it can happen again. Can she find the person who disconnected her while cutting him/her off completely from the internet in the process?
Note: Most of the producers wondered if Meryl could handle playing in the lead role in an action movie despite the fact she looked just like the character described in a released novel. Nonetheless, Meryl proved her critics wrong by showing versatility as a blogger and actress in the making of this successful film.

Will Blog For Food
Lead actor/actress: David Funk, Jenny
Plot:
As a down on his luck blogger, Mr. D is forced to sell his blog to the highest bidder after enduring numerous lawsuits and bills that continued to pile up. The money to buy his blog wasn't a cheap price, but he wasn't going to sell it low after the effort put into it. After disappearing, he shows up on various street corners across the U.S. holding a sign saying, "Will Blog For Food". After seeing this sign in an article on the internet, a blogger by the name of Jenny agrees to buy Basic Bloganomics and rename her site "Basic Bloganomics: The Way I Am Now". Eventually, Mr. D gets back on his feet to start up another blog.
Note: Many wondered if this movie should have been made, but it wasn't known at first that this was based on a real-life conversation the two stars of the film had in the making of this film. After the networks listened to how this unfolded, the movie was made. No stunt doubles were used in the making of this film despite numerous rumors that there was a Jenny Look-a-like in scenes where she typed out blogs.

Self Esteem
Lead actor/actress: Dorothy L.
Plot:
As a Physiatrist, Dorothy L. knows how to deal with people that have low self-esteem problems. In this movie, patients tell their stories to Dorothy as she helps them out by giving them a positive outlook to their own physical and mental image. Some of the stories are outrageous and some are downright scary, but Dorothy is able to provide advice to everyone who visits. Some of the stories told by the patients featured in the film are unbelievable, but it is a worthwhile lesson for anyone, too.
Note: When the movie was to start production, some of the producers didn't consider Dorothy for the lead role. However, her background and reputation was enough to convince anyone as this would turn out to be a hit movie. The producers were wise not to second guess the decision made to sign Dorothy to the lead role.

The Aline Custodio Story
Lead actor/actress: Aline Custodio
Plot:
The film is entirely a true story that stars the Brazilian blog actress Aline Custodio as a woman that overcomes serious surgery on the tibia in her legs. For over 200 days, she endured a lot, and would make a hard fought return to what many of us have in a normal life while befriending bloggers from all over the world. The real story shows footage of her surgery and triumph to overcome it all. This heart-warming tale is shown in the Portuguese language, but it is released in most languages around the world.
Note: The language used for the film was going to be a problem until Aline personally stated in her contract that she wanted to be viewed in all languages. With the potential of having a huge successful film to produce, Aline was wisely given what she wanted for her film.

In My Own Words
Lead actor/actress: Ron Centeno
Plot:
After a long absense, Ron Centeno stars in his debut film as a man who describes everything in his own words. But after a period of time, his own words make him a target of an anonymous and jealous commenter. Ron was not seen for sometime in the blogging community while trying to locate the person responsible, but he's relentless in his efforts. Will Ron be able to maintain his blog and thoughts while putting an end to the senseless stalking of an unknown person?
Note: Ron's contract with BWE Promotions caused a problem in the making of the film because of restrictions and commitment to the brand of wrestling. However, after discussions with BWE management, they realized the potential cross-promotion success the film could have. The movie was made, and Ron's contract would be a restructured in a big way after the film was released.
