Wow thanks for sharing, David! I'm most concerned about my knees because I've felt slight pain in my right knee after some months of running everyday.

I haven't had it checked by a doctor yet because I don't see it much of a big deal. Add that to the fact that I'm too lazy to go to a doc! The topics in the site you shared with us have stuff about knees which is really helpful.
