I wanted to let everyone know that my site was down briefly today, and that the bandwidth for the page has exceeded with pictures for the month. I'm feeling a little ill today as well, but one friend of mine from Brazil literally made my day today.
Casa de Boneca over at her site gave me an extremely special award today. In case you don't know, her ID stands for dollhouse in English. You can certainly tell that she's a doll collector on her site, too. I've learned a little bit of the Portuguese language because of her and a few of my friends there in Brazil. Casa knows and speaks English, too. She's one of the kindest bloggers you'll find on the internet, and that speaks volumes for the award she gave to me today. I'm certainly proud to call her a friend on here. Thank you and I'll create a seperate link for awards on here. Here's what the award is for and about.....
The significance of the prize:
"With the Premio Dardos is to recognize the values that each blogger uses to transmit cultural values, ethical, literary, personal, etc.. that, in short, demonstrate their creativity through the thought that is alive and remains intact from their letters, between his words. These stamps were created with the intention of promoting fraternization between bloggers, a way of showing affection and gratitude for a job that adds value to the Web. "
The rules for receiving the prize are:
1) View the image of the stamp;
2) Link the blog for which you received the alert;
3) Choose 12 other blogs to those who deliver the Premio Dardos.
4) And tell everyone, of course!
So here are the 12 people I'm going to give this special award to, and I sincerely hope you accept it out of respect for what this means. These choices weren't easy, that's for sure. At least I hope you post the picture on your site. Also, I hope those I named haven't received it yet, and if so, I apologize in advance.
