Blog Wrestling Entertainment(BWE) Promotions is a wrestling promotion involving bloggers, members, and fictitious characters from around the internet in wrestling storylines. It is one of two brands in BWE Promotions with the other called Extreme Blog Wrestling(EBW). The BWE brand is called Throwdown!

BWE Promotions CEO David Funk
The founder of BWE Promotions, Funk started the fictitious company in 2006 but the roots go back to his days working in retail. The brand first appeared on the Sporting News website on his blog, and then expanded to add EBW UnCut which was on newly named GM wwefreak's(Paul H) SN blog. After having the promotion on it's own website, a contract with SN came up which eventually led to their new home of Basic Bloganomics.

BWE General Manager- Ken D. Long(KDL)
KDL, a real-life friend of David Funk, was named BWE General Manager last November after the position was vacated. KDL has since had second thoughts about taking the position after the recent investigation by Congress for underage bloggers amongst other things in the promotion.

Announcer Sabre Blade
Sabre is the play-by-play announcer for BWE and real-life friend of David Funk. He's also responsible for coming with some of the fictitious names and finishers on the brand.

BWE Heavyweight Champion- Mo Morrissey

Mo Morrissey has been associated with BWE after debuting in 2007. He's most remembered for his monkey vs monkey infringement feud he had with fragnoli which eventually led to them battling for the newly created BWE Heavyweight Championship in 2008. In a classic Blogger's Rumble match, Mo became the first holder of that title.

mojomike

Mojomike surprised everyone at the Holiday Combat PFV in December 2007 when he answered an open challenge from the Blog Stalker which won him a contract with BWE. Mike carried that momentum to win the first ever Blogger's Rumble match by surviving against 29 other bloggers. As a result, he's the current No. 1 contender for the BWE Heavyweight Championship.

fragnoli
From: Vermont(USA)
Finisher: Fragment
Fragnoli has been a part of BWE since it began in 2006. His first feud was against the Thumb & Run Guy(T&R Guy) at the Black Friday PFV in 2006. His feud with Mo Morrissey led the two to battle for the top belt on the brand. Recently, rumors have surfaced that an unknown group of attackers placed a curse on him at the Blogger's Rumble.

Lanz has made a very lasting impression in BWE Promotions after being drafted to the brand in 2007. His wife Mrs. Lanz is his manager, and he's one of the promotion's top stars, too.

Wilt had an impressive showing during the Blogger's Rumble match. He also participated in the first ever DND(Damage 'N Destroy) match on Throwdown! teaming up with hdiaz to defeat the Presidents of the Hater Nation.

Hdiaz, The World's Most Dangerous Blogger

His name says it all, and his martial arts background makes him one of the most gifted performers in the promotion. The currently undefeated superstar has made quick work of his opponents, and he's proven that he's not a blogger you want to make mad.

MadMan
From: Washington state via Chicago, Illinois
Finisher: Unknown
MadMan is as crazy as they come, and he's been known to get caught up in the moment by going too far according to some. Nonetheless, his unique and unorthodox style makes him a threat at all times for the BWE Heavyweight Championship. He was one of the final four participants in the Blogger's Rumble match.

The Karmic Boomerang
From: Portland, Oregon, USA
Finisher: Boomerang
Never one to shy away from dishing out good or bad karma, he's one of the upcoming stars on the brand. He debuted at the Blogger's Rumble and recently was on Throwdown! after being involved in an altercation with The Sporting Blog.

The Ultimate Blogger
From: Parts Unknown
Finisher: The Ultimate Slam and Splash
The Ultimate Blogger became the newest draft pick to BWE after he was the blogger to be named later in the deal that sent The Phoenix back to EBW UnCut. He debuted at the Blogger's Rumble and was one of final four participants in the ring.

MANN
From: Boston, Massachusetts, USA
Finisher: Unknown
A huge and intimidating star, MANN has been with the promotion since 2007. Luck hasn't been on his side recently, but he did take part in the Blogger's Rumble match. His size and ability should make him a constant threat in BWE.

Blog Stalker
From: Harassing One Blogger After Another
Finisher: Stalker's Creed
The Blog Stalker is one of the most hated people in the history of the promotion. He does hold a win over IHateMillen in which he qualified for the Blogger's Rumble. His arrogance and harassing ways are well-documented in the promotion.

Flashjeff

Finisher: Philadelphia Enquirer
Flashjeff shocked BWE when he answered the Rocky Balboa Challenge made by Blog Stalker on a Throwdown! episode which led him to qualifying for the Blogger's Rumble match.

Philly The Kid

Philly The Kid is a real-life friend of David Funk, and has recently signed with BWE. Philly has already said that he can't wait to show the world what he brings to the table. He's ready to unleash his skills in BWE, and it wouldn't be wise to underestimate him at any time.

Thailand star ztw0 has been watching BWE for awhile, and made his decision to sign a contract recently. In his recent update, ztw0 has said that he's in tip-top shape and is ready for BWE opponents. The Thai star is one to watch out for in BWE.

One of the sweetest, but determined performers to step foot into a BWE ring as well as notable NASCAR fan. She recently returned on the previous episode of Throwdown! to help friend SEC AU Growwwl to beat the Female Trolliation after being out for months because an attack by the WHFB. She's consistently been a contender for the BWE Women's Title.

SEC AU Growwwl
From: Auburn, Alabama, USA
Finisher: War Eagle
The Blonde Blogger has been one of the hottest competitors on the brand since its inception. She holds wins over Your Fairy Thumbmother of EBW, and has used her finisher to great effectiveness in her matches, too. Growwwl is arguably the top female blogger on the brand.

Lorie is quite possibly the most famous female blogger in BWE. She's been in the running for the BWE Women's Championship since the beginning, but has been seriously injured on two occasions in the last year which has put her out of action as of now.

Mrs. Lanz

She is the wife of Lanz1 and has been in his corner as manager during his matches. She did step into the ring at the Draft Show special to team with her husband to face T&R Guy and T&R Girl.

Malvolio

The ever colorful and creative Malvolio has made a few appearances on the brand since 2008. She was to be a backstage interviewer, but she's recently expressed interest in stepping into the ring. At one time, she issued a challenge to Mo Morrissey by saying, "I'll stomp that donut eater!" However, the match has never taken place.

BlogBuster
The Blogbuster has never step foot into a BWE ring, but there's no reason to think that a title is not in her future. She maybe someone to watch for in the future.

Female Trolliation
The Female Trolliation is group that has caused numerous problems with other females in the promotion. Many times, they come out on the losing end in matches because of getting in way over their heads. Still, the heel group is not to be taken lightly in BWE Promotions.

Charli Henley

Charli is one of the most talented blogging stars on the internet, and a very accomplished poet, too. She is also one of the most clever stars in the promotion. She will beat you down like a mannequin and leave you broken if you cross her.

Maxi

Finisher: Maximizer
The "blugging" superstar is one of the newest acquisitions to the promotion. Her colorful style and charisma has already showed in an entry after an announcement was made of her signing. The Filipina beauty is ready to make her mark in BWE Promotions.

Ria Stevenson
From: Killeen, Texas via the Philippines

Ria is also a new member of BWE Promotions. She negotiated a deal for time off before starting in the promotion to take a two month vacation in the Philippines beginning at the end of March. I don't think it would be wise to let the pink attire fool you!
