Must-Read Sports and Fantasy Sites ~ Basic Bloganomics

I'm going to give a quick shoutout to some sites I've checked out in recent days as well those I'm familar with that's worth your time to read for yourself:

Moon Dog Sports: This is a site I discovered recently in the Yard Barker community. This blog is very well-written, and he took the time out from his posts recently to talk about copyrights after a problem he had earlier in the year. He's a very well-rounded sports fan, and I highly recommend that you check his post about copyrights, too. Trust me, everyone can learn from his post about it.

The Sports Muffin: This is another blog site I discovered on Yard Barker. This site's coverage of sports is very good, and it's most recent post covers NASCAR. This guy also packs quite the sense of humor which is more of a reason to check that site out!

Fantasy Football Goat: This blog is all about football. The commentary is impressive and their latest covers the five picks for comeback player of the year. If you want an early jump on football before the fantasy football season really gets cranking, then it's wise to reference this site.

NFL Minute: NFL Minute is a site run by a friend of mine I've known for almost three years after meeting on Sporting News. This is an NFL site that covers the league from teams and players to fantasy news. He hasn't updated it in awhile, but he's sure to get things cranking soon again with the season coming up. He's one of the brightest football fans out there!

Mo's Marketplace: This is the site of my friend Mo Morrissey. He loves to talk about the Boston area sports scenes, but his site covers more than that. He talks about political and personal issues, too. So if you want to see a site that's more than about sports, then this place is for you.

Reel To Field: This is fragnoli's site, a friend of mine I've known for two years via Sporting News. He also has a playlist of songs on his site which you can listen to while reading his entries. This guy is one of the most creative and knowledgeable people around, and his site should be checked out.

Lester's Legends: Lester is yet another friend of mine I met on SN, and he's one of the best you'll find around the internet as far as updating his site. He provides daily fantasy baseball players of the day, baseball Hall of Fame chronicles, and weekly Friday tidbits. He covers fantasy games in other sports as well. You'll have a hard time finding a more up to date fantasy site that's this accurate on the internet. Check it out.
